Go-Integratif : Jurnal Teknik Sistem dan Industri merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, dan sebagai sarana publikasi hasil penelitian serta sharing perkembangan ilmu teknik sistem dan industri. Jurnal ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian, penelitian terapan ataupun artikel telaah yang berkaitan dengan ergonomi, sistem manufaktur, manajemen industri, sistem rantai pasok dan sistem informasi enterprise. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. Penerbitan jurnal ini dilakukan dua kali setahun yaitu pada bulan Mei dan November.

Abstract

The mold and metal press work stations line assembly printerThere are several work stations that have a processing time that exceeds the takt time 3.66 minutes. The processing time that exceeds the takt time is at the Cassete 2 and Mechanism 1 work stations with respective times (4.74 minutes) and (4.75 minutes), while the Mechanism 2 work station is the lowest with time (1.2 minutes). . The purpose of this research is to balance the production assembly line the printerResearchers use the Heuristic Ranked Positional Weight (RPW) and Large Candidate Rule (LCR). Comparison of the results of the calculation of path efficiency, smoothing index and balance delay using these two methods shows that the RPW method is the most optimal method. This is indicated by the highest assembly line efficiency value of 89.34%, the balance delay of 10.66%, smoothing index of 5.2785 and the least number of work stations of 13. Thus this will make production run well and smoother than the initial condition. Abstract

PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari found defects in the oil bottle packaging products it produces, which include perforated bottles, black spots on bottles, and defects on labels. The type of defect on the bottle label is the highest defect in the period from July to December 2021 compared to other defects. This research is focused on the problem of defects in the inverted label as the dominant defect of the entire defect label. Researchers use the DMAIC method to solve these problems. The improvement resulting from the DMAIC method is the manufacture of a jig tool called Jig Go No Go which aims to reduce the number of defects and increase productivity in bottle products. The implementation of the jig can reduce the defect label as a whole from 5.8% to 3.3% and the sigma value increases from 2.488 to 2.493.

Abstract

Human resources as one of the company's assets must be considered because they affect the performance of the company. Metal stamping companies that apply the make to order and make to stock concepts in processing each of their products lead to a high number of requests that need to be achieved every day by workers. Workers have to work 8 and a half hour/day. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the mental workload as well as the proposed improvements needed based on the working conditions of the workers. The method used is NASA-TLX, a subjective measurement method of mental workload. This method is in the form of a questionnaire which distributed to 10 workers in the Production Division. The results from this study indicate that the average WWL score is 61.07 and is in the high category. Then it is known factors that affecting are the high target demand each day, the rest time is quite low, the heat from the stamping process, the lack of training on the machines on the production floor. The proposals given are increasing rest periods, holding regular training, providing adequate facilities.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs must be considered of procuring raw materials, because it can be a source of considerable expenditure. CV LKM had to incur a large cost for one time procurement of raw materials for each production period, apart from limited access, this was also due to the absence of an appropriate order size, and the exact order schedule. This can affect the quality of raw materials in the form of vegetables because they easily rot or expire. Various methods can be used, one of which is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, because there are several types of raw materials, the multi-item EOQ method is used. Study aims to determine the order size, order frequency, safety stock, and reorder point (ROP) to produce an efficient cost so that the CV LKM raw material procurement scheduling model is formed. After the calculation, based on the multi-item EOQ method on perishable products, the results were around 3.4 kg and 7.4 kg for order sizes, as well as decreasing order frequency, safety stock of 0.88 kg and 5.77 kg with ROP of 1.4 kg and 6.8 kg. It is also estimated that the total cost to be paid by CV LKM is IDR791.730.

Abstract

PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi (CKA) is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector. PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi consists of several divisions, one of which is the QA/QC and PPIC Division. Every industrial company certainly produces an item that will later be traded. One of the things that plays a very important role in obtaining good production results is the workload factor for employees. Therefore, measuring the mental workload of employees is needed so that the production process in the company can be carried out properly and employees can work optimally. The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the mental workload of employees in the QA/QC and PPIC divisions using the NASA-TLX method. Several stages in measuring mental workload use methods, namely weighting, rating, calculating the average WWL, and classifying workload assessments. The results of data processing show that the highest WWL average value is 83.33 in the very high category. To improve the mental workload, companies are advised to add workers to the QA/QC and PPIC Divisions as needed.

Abstract

The tight competition in the industry at this time makes every company must improve the quality of each product. To optimize the production process, waste becomes the main inhibiting factor that can reduce the company's image. PT Jaya Prakarsa is a packaging company which is currently facing the problem of the emergence of waste in each of its production processes for the final product which is called Imprabox. This study aims to reduce waste in the Imprabox production process using the lean six sigma method with the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control (DMAIC) stages and Monte Carlo simulation. The results of the define stage show that the defect waste becomes critical waste with a value of 42.3%. At the measure stage, the results from the p control chart show that the existing quality is still not fully controlled. The sigma level for the average process from February to March 2022 is 2.63 and the Process capability index (Cpk) value is 0.1532. This Cpk value is still less than 1.31,  indicates that the company lacks production process capability. The cause and effect of the emergence of defects are then analyzed using a fishbone diagram at the analyze stage which will be repaired using 5W + 1H at the improve stage. Based on the results of the MC simulation with three successful scenarios of quality improvement of 50%, 75% and 100%, it shows that there is an increase in the processing capability for the company by 403.9%, 425.5%, and 426.9%, respectively.
